A: We typically process orders within 24-48 hours of receiving your order.

A: We've partnered with DHL for shipping, and you can anticipate delivery in approximately 4-5 business days once your order is shipped depending on the destination. For customers in Europe and the US, you can expect your order to arrive within approximately 4-5 business days from the date of shipment. For customers in other countries, please allow additional time for international shipping.


Q: How do I track my order, make changes, or cancel it?

A: We provide tracking IDs via email when your order is shipped. Changes or cancellations can be made before the order is shipped. Please write to us at shop@iwasasari.com for any assistance.


Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

A: While we prioritize quality control to minimize such instances, if you do receive a damaged product, please write to us at shop@iwasasari.com , and we will assist you with a resolution.


Q: What's your policy regarding returns and exchanges?

A: Each of our products are made with care by our artisans and our sustainability practices mean that we cannot offer you easy returns and exchanges at the moment. We encourage you to make conscious choices before you buy. However, if you have serious concerns about your order once you receive it, please contact us at shop@iwasasari.com and we will try our best to resolve it for you. 


Q: How long does it take to process a refund? 

A: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days of accepting the returns at our facility. The amounts should reflect in your bank statements depending on your bank’s processing timelines.


Q: Can I make bulk inquiries or personalization with your brand?

A: Absolutely. Our eco-friendly innovations can be co-branded with you into products, packaging and custom orders. For specific bulk requirements or personalization, please contact us at support@iwasasari.com, and our team will be happy to assist.


Q: Do you offer free shipping to any countries?

A: We do not currently offer free shipping. 


Q: What are the estimated delivery times for different countries or regions?

A: The estimated delivery time for your order depends on your location. For customers in Europe and the US, you can expect your order to arrive within approximately 4-5 business days from the date of shipment. For customers in other countries, please allow additional time for international shipping.

Q: How are import duties and taxes handled for international orders?

  1. Import duties and taxes differ from country to country and we comply with necessary regulatory requirements when it comes to our orders.

For customers in EU:

  1. For orders up to EUR 150: We collect Value Added Tax (VAT) at checkout. This simplifies the shopping experience for our EU customers. Orders up to EUR 150 are also exempt from customs duty.
  2. For orders greater than EUR 150: we do not collect any taxes at our end. The shipment will undergo a custom clearance process in your country where you will be charged Value Added Tax (VAT)/Duty for imports of goods. The charges varies for each country, and additional handling charges may apply. We cannot determine the exact charges you need to pay. Please note these charges are over the order + delivery charges that you pay now to us. 

For customers in the US: 

No Value Added Tax (VAT)/Duty for imports of goods apply for orders up to USD 800. 


For customers in India: 

While we are based in India, due to certain regulatory compliance restrictions, we are currently unable to service deliveries within India through the website. 

However, we will be able to process your orders through other channels. Please write to us at support@iwasasari and we will process your orders through our other channels.

If you are based in India, but you want to ship it internationally, you will require an international credit/debit card and we will be able to process your order through the normal route.


For rest of the world: 

We do not collect any taxes at our end. The order may be subject to import duties or taxes at the destination address. Please note that the calculation methods and amounts of import duties or taxes can vary based on your specific country's regulations.

We cannot determine the exact charges you need to pay. Please note these charges are over the order + delivery charges that you pay now. Please check with your local customs office for information on these additional charges.
