Use una cinta métrica flexible, lleve ropa ligera y mantenga la cinta nivelada en todo el contorno.
Pecho
Rodee con la cinta la parte más amplia del pecho, nivelada por la espalda. Debe quedar ajustada sin apretar; lea la medida donde se unen los extremos.
Cintura
Localice su cintura natural, normalmente la parte más estrecha del torso. No meta el abdomen y mantenga la cinta nivelada y cómodamente ajustada.
