        The I was a Sari headwear collection brings together comfort, function, and expressive design through thoughtfully crafted pieces made from upcycled sari fabrics. Designed for everyday wear, this selection includes fabric headbands, turban-style wraps, scrunchies, and lightweight hair clips—each one handcrafted to add colour and character without excess.

        Soft, versatile, and easy to wear, these headwear pieces are made to fit naturally into daily routines as well as special moments, offering a conscious alternative to mass-produced accessories.

        All I was a Sari headwear is handmade in Mumbai by women artisans using pre-loved sari textiles. By working exclusively with existing fabrics, the brand supports ethical craftsmanship, fair livelihoods, and a circular approach to fashion that values reuse over waste.
