The fashion industry is one of the most polluting industries in the world, and it’s time for us to take action to make it more sustainable.
Here are some ways you can help the fashion industry become more sustainable:
1. Buy fewer clothes: One of the best ways to help the fashion industry become more sustainable is to buy fewer clothes. Instead of buying new clothes every season, try to buy clothes that will last longer and can be worn multiple times.
2. Buy second-hand clothes: Buying second-hand clothes is a great way to help the fashion industry become more sustainable. Not only does it reduce the amount of new clothes being produced, but it also helps to reduce waste.
3. Support sustainable brands: There are many sustainable fashion brands out there that are doing their part to reduce their environmental impact. By supporting these brands, you’re helping to create a more sustainable fashion industry.
4. Donate your clothes: Donating your clothes to charity is a great way to help the fashion industry become more sustainable. Not only does it reduce the amount of clothes being produced, but it also helps to reduce waste.
5. Educate yourself: Educating yourself on the issues facing the fashion industry is a great way to help make it more sustainable. By understanding the issues, you can make more informed decisions when it comes to buying clothes and supporting sustainable brands.
By following these steps, you can help the fashion industry become more sustainable. Every little bit helps, so start making a difference today!

Fit & measurements
Every body measures a little differently, so we size by chest, waist and hip girth rather than guesswork. Use the reference table below alongside the measuring guide to check yourself before you order.
All measurements are body girth, in centimetres, with 1cm of ease already built in.
| Size | XS | S | M | L | XL | XXL |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| EUR | 34 | 36 | 38/40 | 42 | 44 | 46 |
| Chest | 80–84 | 85–89 | 90–95 | 96–101 | 102–108 | 109–115 |
| Waist | 60–64 | 65–69 | 70–75 | 76–81 | 82–88 | 89–95 |
| Low hip | 89–93 | 94–98 | 99–104 | 105–110 | 111–117 | 118–124 |
Between two sizes? Go by your chest measurement first for tops, or hips for bottoms, see the notes below.
Use a soft tape, wear light clothing, and keep the tape level all the way around.
Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your chest, level across the back. Keep it snug, not tight, and read the measurement where the tape meets.
Find your natural waistline, usually the narrowest point of your torso. Don't hold your stomach in, keep the tape level and comfortably snug.
Stand with feet together and wrap the tape around the fullest part of your hips and seat, straight and level front to back.
